How long does the estimate take?
The form takes about two minutes. We usually call back within one business day, and the written estimate comes from an EagleView aerial measurement of your roof, so there is no visit to book. We would rather hand you a measured number than a guess over the phone.
Is it really no obligation?
Yes. You get the estimate and you decide what happens next. No deposit to get a number, and nobody phones you every week to close the deal. Some homeowners use our quote to check another contractor's price, and that's fine with us.
Do you quote in writing?
Always. Scope, materials and price on paper before any work starts. If something turns up once the old roof is off, like soft decking under the shingles, we photograph what's there and show you, and we replace only what needs replacing.
