Each price is a range because the shingle grade you pick moves the number. The cedar tear-off runs higher than the asphalt roofs at a similar size, because stripping cedar and rebuilding the deck is a bigger job than a reshingle. See the full breakdown.

How long does the estimate take?
The form takes about two minutes. We'll get back to you soon, by phone or email, and the written estimate comes from an EagleView aerial measurement of your roof, so there is no visit to book. We would rather hand you a measured number than a guess over the phone.
Is it really no obligation?
Yes. You get the estimate and you decide what happens next. No deposit to get a number, and nobody phones you every week to close the deal. Some homeowners use our quote to check another contractor's price, and that's fine with us.
Do you quote in writing?
Always. Scope, materials and price on paper before any work starts. If something turns up once the old roof is off, like soft decking under the shingles, we photograph what's there and show you, and we replace only what needs replacing.
