You pay for the assessment itself, from $350, waived in full when we do the work, so we're paid for the answer, not for finding a problem. How long does a roof replacement take?
It depends on the size and pitch of your roof and the time of year, so we don't quote one number for every house. You'll have your dates before we start, and we keep you posted if weather moves them.
What warranty do you offer?
A 15-year workmanship warranty, in writing, on every roof. That's on top of the manufacturer's shingle warranty.
