This is our own work, photographed after the last shingle went down. Every roof gets the same build: Ice & Water Shield, synthetic underlayment and metal valleys, on a small bungalow the same as a big two-storey. Chinook freeze-thaw finds a shortcut inside a couple of winters, so we don't take any.

You pay for the assessment itself, from $350, waived in full when we do the work, so we're paid for the answer, not for finding a problem. It comes from a HAAG Certified Inspector, and if your roof is fine, we say so. If a claim makes sense, we handle it end-to-end.

You make one call, not fifteen.
How long does a roof replacement take?
It depends on the size and pitch of your roof and the time of year, so we don't quote one number for every house. You'll have your dates before we start, and we keep you posted if weather moves them.
What warranty do you offer?
A 15-year workmanship warranty, in writing, on every roof. That's on top of the manufacturer's shingle warranty.
